Hello NTS Serve & Splash BYC Parents,

We’re excited to welcome your child to National Tennis Camp at Britannia Yacht Club! To help ensure a smooth and fun-filled week, please read through the important information below.

Camp Hours & Sign-In/Out Procedures

Free Before-Care: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Free After-Care: 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Please sign your child in each morning at the registration desk.

Photo ID is required at pickup for safety and security.

Each camper will have a designated area to store their lunch and belongings for the entire week.

What to Bring Each Day to Serve & Splash

Nut-free lunch and morning + afternoon snacks

Tennis racquet

Water bottle

Proper athletic clothing

Swimsuit, towel, and a lifejacket

Sunscreen and hat

Sport shoes (for tennis)

Sandals

Closed-toe shoes

Rain gear

Warm or extra clothing (we’ll be in the water often, so spares are helpful)

Camper Expectations & Code of Conduct

We expect all campers to show respect to others and follow basic behavioral guidelines. National Kids Camps and the Ottawa Catholic School Board reserve the right to suspend or remove any camper who:

Displays physical or verbal aggression, harassment, discrimination, or psychological abuse

Damages or disrespects others’ property

Electronics Policy

Please do not send cell phones, electronic toys, or similar items to camp.

NKC and the Ottawa Catholic School Board are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Campers may communicate with parents through our head staff if needed.
